The Start a Project form asks for your name, company, work email, optional role or title, industry, approximate company size, a description of your current process, the systems involved, your desired outcome, approximate timing, an investment range, and whether you are open to an existing product.

When you submit the form, that information is emailed to the IGNYTE Works team through a third-party email delivery service acting on our behalf. Your email address is set as the reply address on that message so we can respond to you. If delivery is unavailable, the form tells you that your information was not sent; in that case nothing is delivered or saved.

Please do not include passwords, account numbers, or other confidential information in the form.

Like most websites, the servers that host this site receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. Our hosting provider may keep this information in its own server logs under its own practices.

When you submit the form, your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions and block abuse. It is not written to a database.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it does not set cookies for tracking.

This website does not keep a database of inquiries. Inquiries we receive by email are kept for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to them and to maintain ordinary business records. We have not set a fixed retention period.

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
